Cleaning Prices Per Hour

  • ​No matter which service you decide upon, please remember, this is all about you and your needs. In addition, being a smaller business gives Shymanski Shines the opportunity to tailor services to each individual clients needs. 

  • After the services are determined an estimate will be provided. If the estimate is accepted, services can begin on a mutually agreed upon date. 

  • Finally, as the process moves forward, I will be sure to confirm your satisfaction.  

(*Note, there is a $80 minimum fee for every job)

Faucet

Basic Routine Cleaning is ideal for the busy client who is needing a set schedule. A service checklist that details the entire job will be followed and completed to the clients satisfaction.

The cost for this service is -

  • $40 per hour on a weekly cleaning schedule

  • $45 per hour on a bi-weekly basis

  • $50 per hour on a monthly  schedule

Bedroom

On-call scheduling is perfect for the client who needs to get ready for guests, and simply provides a list of specific tasks to be completed. 

This package also includes​ -

  • One time cleaning only

  • Move in/out cleaning

  • Make ready cleaning
     

These services are $50 per hour

roof-waterproofing

Construction cleaning -

These services are unique and can be tailored to each job. 

After the scope of the job is reviewed, the total fee will be determined at $60 per hour
